These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Mobile Application Developer ("Mobile Application Developer", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the AI Pastor mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, "Mobile Application" or "Services").
The app offers a premium version accessible via an auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes Account will be charged upon purchase confirmation. Auto-renewal can be disabled in your Account Settings post-purchase. The subscription's duration and price are clearly shown on the purchase screen and are updated as necessary. The app is NOT liable for the content generated; users bear full responsibility for their generated content. The app must not be used to intentionally produce or spread images that are hostile or alienating. This includes generating content that is predictably disturbing, distressing, offensive, or that perpetuates historical or current stereotypes. The app is not designed to generate factual or accurate depictions of people or events, making such use inappropriate. Misusing the app to create harmful content is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: Creating demeaning, dehumanizing, or harmful representations of individuals, cultures, religions, or environments. Promoting or disseminating discriminatory content or harmful stereotypes. Impersonating individuals without their consent. Generating sexual content without the consent of potential viewers. Spreading misinformation or disinformation. Producing content with extreme violence and gore. Sharing copyrighted or licensed materials in violation of their terms of use. Distributing altered versions of copyrighted or licensed materials in violation of their terms of use.
